Not all humans are born with the characteristics which are important for entrepreneurs to succeed so what? There are few questions which come to the mind

The traits entrepreneurs must have can be developed?

 The answer is YES,

Few qualities are at hand with some of the entrepreneurs but others can be developed over tha time. From decision making to risk taking and from risk taking to the achievement of goals every entrepreneur have to face the same situations and have to tackle the problems with best available skills he has. To be successful entrepreneurs must have few traits without which he cannot even survive in his chosen field. It’s like one have a passion for skating but he jumps into the ground without scatting board.

1.      Determination: What you want to achieve from your business depends on how determined to you are to towards your business. Determination comes when you will enjoy your business and that firmly relies on what you have chosen to start and stick to. There are very often ideas which are successful in their launching period and get success very immediately failures are always the most important part of business and road map to success. So one should stick to and determined to his business.

2.      Passion: Enthusiasm, obsession, excitement, zeal, craze are not only the words to motivate or uplift the behavior of entrepreneur these are the personality traits every entrepreneur should have to become successful in their respective fields. Entrepreneurs must keep in mind that whatever you start should be of ought most importance to you only then can you excel in the respective fields.

3.      Uncertainty Tolerance: Businesses are not as simple as common man or consumers looks into it. There is a very long chain of stack holders involved in reaching the product from manufacturer to the end user and all this chain operates in uncertain situations and entrepreneurs must be able to tackle those problems positive ways. He must have the ability to turn these uncertain situations into the opportunities for the business.

4.      Vision: This is the key trait an entrepreneur must have as he should have the ability to sort out opportunities in the market and upcoming success for the business. Entrepreneur’s success is totally dependent on what he has started and the room for that idea to excel in the market because only that thing will excel in the market which has the room for development.

5.      Self Confidence: Turning risk into opportunities is in the hand of entrepreneurs as he has confidence in himself that he will take this to the success. Entrepreneur must have a self confidence that whatever hi is going to do will be hit and will surely achieve the vision he has for the project or business he is leading. If you have self confidence only than you can take calculated risk to turn it into the opportunity.

6.      Flexibility:  This is the most important trait entrepreneur should have because when you are operating in the market there are lot of up and downs in the business scenario which leads to different uncertain situations and results received can be much different from the expected. When you are trading online (currencies or commodities) and having online business in Asia as the rate of refusal is very high in Asian markets than you must be flexible enough to operate your business otherwise it will be difficult for you to succeed.

7.      Networking: in today’s socially connected world it is very much important for entrepreneurs to have very strong connections to the relevant people as it is impossible not to operate in today’s market. You must be involved in your business activities and also have to involve other people from your related network into the activities so that you can grow your business idea.
